The 24 Hour Roofing Company in Colorado… that actually answers phone calls, emails etc.
As the cold season of winter moves away and warmer weather draws near the opportunity for roof repairs and certifications is upon us.
Often times construction and handyman companies have a hard time keeping up with phone calls, voice messages and emails, and we understand how frustrating this must be for consumers.
To solve that problem Allied Roofing in Denver Colorado has three people on standby to answer the phone from 7am to 8pm every single day, schedule appointments, and offer information about your roof, soffit and fascia, gutters, or whatever construction needs await your properties future.
So, what does “24 hour Roofing” actually mean?
24 hour roofing means that Allied Roofing and Contracting can most often schedule an appointment to meet within about 24 hours of contacting us, or anytime thereafter that is convenient for your busy schedule.
Often roof repairs and certifications emerge as a last minute need, and waiting for 1 or 2 weeks to meet with a salesperson is out-of-the-question. At Allied, you won’t meet with a salesperson, you’ll meet with a real live roof mechanic who will explain options, focus on your goals, and even work within your established budget for low cost solutions.
If you can’t wait to talk about roofing and exterior repairs, we can’t either… please call (303)452-2822 to speak to a live person now.
Buyer’s and Seller’s have been blindsided with anew abstract, the Roof Certification. It’s a document only issued by those roofing companies with the right license.
At times, buyer’s request a roofing certification in order to help measure the quality of the top home priority. Other times, seller’s will be proactive, stay on-top of maintenance, and simply provide this along with a well maintained structure. If it’s requested, our job is to make repairs and issue certifications.
Lenders have picked up on the practice of requiring roof certifications for some loans as well, while a few mortgage companies require the document and inspection on every purchase. Refinances have also been known to request this service.
The good news, it is relatively simple, typically available for most roofs, and provides a lower cost alternative to entire roof shingle replacement due to minor issues. Repairs help keep trash out of the landfills, and it would be a shame to see a good roof go early.
